Pick your path — organization (company or campus) or personal (just you and your vehicle). Use Previous / Next, the dots, or swipe on the card on a phone. With the steps area focused, use arrow keys ← → on a keyboard.
Self-hosting this app? Create the platform admin first using install.php, then sign in. Use Organization signup below (or Organizations in the bar) for each workplace — that is separate from the platform login.
Step 1
Register your organization
An organization admin creates the account with your workplace or campus name. You receive a username and password once — copy them from the confirmation screen; we don’t email them.
One dashboard for everyone in that organization
Platform staff (if you use them) can add more organizations separately
Step 2
Sign in & set the public contact
After sign-in, open Settings and add the security / admin phone. This is the number shown when someone scans a QR without being logged in — so guards always have a number to call.
Step 3
Add people (drivers)
Under Manage users, admins add employees with name, ID, building, company, role, vehicle number, and RC details. Those fields appear when an authorized viewer scans the sticker.
Step 4
Create stickers & print QR codes
In Stickers & QR, assign sticker numbers, generate tokens, and download or print sheets. Put them on windshields or hang tags — each QR opens a live check for that pass.
Step 5
At the gate: who sees what
When security scans the code, signed-in users from the same organization see the full holder profile. Everyone else sees only your security phone — so privacy stays under your control.
Optional location sharing on the scan page is off by default; organization admins see aggregate counts in Scan analytics.
Step 1 of 5
Step 1
Choose personal signup
No company required. Use Personal parking account when you only need a pass for yourself — for example residents, contractors, or drivers without a central HR team on the app.
Step 2
Register & save your credentials
Enter your name, username, password, and vehicle details (and optional mobile). Same rule as organizations: credentials appear once after signup — store them safely.
Step 3
Sign in to your dashboard
You get the same style of dashboard, tuned for one person: My profile for your details, Settings for the public contact number, and Stickers & QR for your permit.
Step 4
Get your QR sticker
Generate your sticker in Stickers & QR, then print or display the QR. You can keep vehicle and RC info up to date under My profile.
Step 5
When someone scans your code
Authorized viewers signed in to your account context can see your permit details. Others typically see your security phone from Settings; for personal accounts you can also surface your mobile on the scan page when configured — useful for quick callbacks.
